Computer Won't Boot - Windows 8 - Virus?

I ran it and rebooted the computer and the results are here:

During initial setup, it appeared a blue screen saying " Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart", and shortly after, PC starts preparing automatic repair then black screen again. It loops indefinitely

There's no file on the USB named “SrtTrail.txt”

How do I attach the files inside the RecoveryLogs folder? It didn't let me
